It started as a conversation. Now it's a company.
The real story of how Verxeon was born — two people, one idea, and a lot of figuring it out as we go.
I didn't plan to co-found a company this year. It kind of just happened the way the best things usually do.
It started with Amir. We met at university, got talking about tech, about business, about the kind of work we actually wanted to do and somewhere in those conversations, Verxeon went from an idea to a real thing. Amir took the CEO seat. I came on to handle the client side of the world. And in May 2026, we got to work.

Most people wait. We didn't.
Neither of us waited to graduate. Neither of us waited for the "right time." We just looked at what we were capable of, looked at the gap in the market, and decided to go.
Verxeon is an AI and software company. We build intelligent systems, automation platforms, and scalable digital products for businesses that are serious about growth. The tagline is Software That Thinks — and that's not just something that sounds cool on a homepage. It's the actual standard we build to.
We work globally. And we're doing all of this while still being students.
What I Actually Do
My role sits at the front of everything client communication, project strategy, scoping, relationships.
I'm the person on the call when a new lead comes in. I'm the one asking the right questions to understand what a client actually needs not just what they said they need. I take that understanding back to Amir and the team, and we figure out how to build it in a way that genuinely moves the needle for them.
It sounds straightforward. It's really not.
Every client comes in with a different problem, a different level of technical understanding, and a different idea of what success looks like. My job is to make sense of all of that — fast — and make sure we're solving the real problem, not just the surface one.
Hunting Clients From Scratch
Nobody hands you clients when you're starting out. You go find them.
Amir and I do that together. We reach out, we pitch, we have conversations with people way further along in their careers than us. Some say no. Some ghost. Some say yes and those yeses are what keep you going.
There's something weirdly motivating about being a university student on a call with an executive from a serious company, making the case for why Verxeon is the right partner. You either rise to it or you don't. We decided early on that we'd always rise to it.
What I've Learned in a Few Months
Starting a company teaches you things no classroom does.
You learn that communication is a skill — like, a real, learnable, improvable skill. You learn that clients don't just hire you for what you can build, they hire you because they trust you. You learn that being organised, responsive, and clear is genuinely rare and wildly valuable.
You also learn that things go wrong. Timelines slip, scopes shift, expectations misalign. What matters is how fast you catch it and how honestly you handle it.
This Is Just the Beginning
We're a few months in and we've already worked with clients across insurance, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise automation. Companies that trusted us to handle serious infrastructure and we delivered.
That trust means everything to us. It's what we're building Verxeon's reputation on.
I don't know exactly where this goes. But I know we're not stopping. Amir and I are in this — fully — and we're just getting started.
If you're building something and need a team that gets it, come talk to us. We'd love to hear what you're working on.
